Summary Supports customer’s server environments working in Logicalis 24 hour Network Operating Center. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Responsible for basic understanding of Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) processes to support customers. Responsible for break/fix troubleshooting, server/software updates, and feature enhancements to Window’s servers. Monitors alarms and responds/resolves incidents in accordance with Service Level Agreements (SLAs). Maintains current knowledge of core service offerings and SLAs. Responds and solves customer issues utilizing technology tools, procedures, and training through awareness of services offerings and SLAs. Follows predefined ITIL Incident Management and Change Management processes in place for each customer when working to resolve customer requests or outages. Understands all Logicalis service offerings to better support customer as well as expanding any service offering to current customers. Experience: 2 years experience in the following: Veritas Netbackup & Disaster Recovery (DR) strategy SMS Any type of Clustering Citrix CA WAN SYNC Symantec Enterprise AV solutions 3 years Window Server Administration experience Exchange Active Directory 2000, 2003, (Server 8 – preferred) May consider an equivalent combination of education and experience. Computer Skills Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office required. Certificates, Licenses, Registrations MCSE preferred. Other Skills and Abilities Self-starter with excellent organizational, administrative and interpersonal skills. Ability to follow through with tasks/projects/troubleshooting with minimal supervision. Outstanding oral, written, and technical/business communication skills. Strong technical and customer interaction skills required. Must be able to multi-task and accommodate requests from multiple customers and Logicalis Account Executives. Ability to multi-task and work in fast paced environment.
