A leading provider of cyber security and application delivery, Radware (RDWR) is looking for a Technical Account Manager (TAM) to fuel the growth by cultivating new relationships and driving revenue with Microsoft within key verticals Radware owns market share.  Radware is a Microsoft partner and is looking to expand our relationship with Microsoft and drive business through CoSell to end clients.

The TAM will initiate and coordinate Radware business on both sell to, and sell through, to the Public Cloud providers. The initial focus is on Microsoft Azure and then expanding to IBM Public Cloud. The Technical Account Managers role is to initiate the process of Radware field interaction between their enterprise accounts and their potential movement of critical workloads to the Public Cloud. This results in opportunities being registered with Microsoft thru their CoSell system. The TAM then initiates and serves to create the connection between the Radware RSM with the Microsoft Account Manager for an overview on the account as well as presenting the Azure/Radware joint security products and engineering programs.


The second phase of the TAM position is working with the end account, alongside the sales team, to communicate specific technologies available in Azure and arrange for conference calls between the account and directly with the Azure Security team.


The third phase is onboarding the account to a POC and managing the POC process with Radware Cloud Support to successful conclusion. The TAM is then responsible for the production onboarding of the account.


Technical Account Manager will liaise between Public Cloud customers and cross-functional internal teams, ensuring the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and endeavor to improve the entire customer experience.

  • Ability to identify customer needs, find solutions to problems and exceed client expectations.
  • Previous experience working as a Technical Account Manager at a Service Provider or SaaS company is required. 
  • Bachelors degree is required.  Technical degree preferred.
