We’re seeking a Specialist to work in our Vilnius office. In this role, you will operate within the Global Customer Care Claims (GCCC) team. This team is committed to resolving customer complaints regarding incorrectly paid out money transfers. As a GCCC Specialist you would be responsible for data analysis, procedure based decision making and effective communication between agencies, customers, internal partners and legal entities.
