IBM seeks to hire a Service Delivery Support Specialist. This role is an entry level position for an individual contributor responsible for call coordination and escalation management of hardware maintenance service calls. They are the primary interface to internal management and external key accounts for escalation management of hardware and software support and delivery of operational services as required by the client. They are accountable to ensure a high level of client satisfaction with service delivery, technical support, and operational services for the client account(s). When critical situations occur, they are the IBM interface to clients and manage the situation until the problem is fixed.
This position will be a work at home role.
Required Technical and Professional Expertise
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Hardware Service Delivery experience – 1 year
Preferred Tech and Prof Experience
- Technical School degree - Computer technician
