The primary task of our Sales Recruiter will be to help our HR team build a pipeline of great Account Executive candidates to grow our fantastic sales team!
What you’ll do:
- Source sales candidates using internal and external tools and platforms.
- Conduct phone interviews.
- Educate candidates on our organization and the role.
- Meet deadlines and hiring expectations.
Who you are:
- You possess a BA/BS degree
- You have excellent written and oral communication skills.
- You possess at least 2 years of recruiting experience
- Experience recruiting for dynamic, growing SaaS sales teams preferred.
