Summary Leads and motivates sales team with specific goal of acquiring net new customers to meet and exceed area's product and services gross profit. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Works directly with Account Executives to close large deals and significant net new accounts through direct involvement with customers. Works with Account Executives and pre sales to optimize sales to customers and prospects. Manages overall key partner development and relationships with IBM, HP or Cisco. Builds strong customer relationships. Provides sales leadership and manages individual growth of team members. Implements national and area marketing events. Responsible for area sales forecasts, quarterly reviews and funnels. Ensures highest customer satisfaction and retention. Develops and executes business plans. Responds and resolves issues affecting customer satisfaction (sales team, partner sales, services team, accounting, etc.). Demonstrates and actively promotes an understanding and commitment to the mission of Logicalis through performing behaviors consistent with the organization's values. Maintains a working knowledge of applicable Federal, State, and Local laws and regulations as well as policies and procedures of Logicalis in order to ensure adherence in a manner that reflects honest, ethical and professional behaviors. Supports and conducts self in a manner consistent with customer service expectations. Supervisory Responsibilities  Directly supervises team of Account Executives.  Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization’s policies and applicable laws. Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, and training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance, rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems. Education and/or Experience                                 Education: Bachelor’s Degree in a related field. Experience: 10 years experience in sales management. May consider an equivalent combination of education and experience. Computer Skills                              Proficient use of all  Microsoft Office applications. Other Skills and Abilities Demonstrated ability to work effectively across functional groups and levels within organization, as well as externally. Self starter with excellent organizational, administrative and interpersonal skills and ability to project manage with minimal supervision. Superior communication skills via presentations, written and oral communications. Ability to multi-task and work in fast paced environment. Ability to communicate with senior management effectively and with ease. Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.
