Your Role and Responsibilities
We as IBM Talent Acquisition team is driving the growth of company by acquiring talents. We hires various positions, not only a consultant creates new business and/or drives the operational reform, a project manager, a IT engineer adopting the leading edge of technology and/or leading the mega project, a corporate staff seeking new added value, but also a research staff leading the changing-world impactful research, including positions for 9 affiliates all over Japan.

- Annual hiring plan activities along with forecast/actual management
- Analyze recruitment KPIs and develop, communicate and influence recruitment strategy/execution
- End to end spend management
- Support accounting closing
- Internal/external contract management
- Implement global program/policy

Required Professional and Technical Expertise
- Business level English and Japanese
- Experience working in the matrix organization of international company.
- Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, word or other alternative soft.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a dynamic global environment
Preferred Professional and Technical Expertise
• Be a data poet and be able to craft and articulate a story through numbers
• Strong problem solving and decision-making skills
• Experience in Finance area (controlling/reporting/business intelligence)
• experience in a large company preferred
