What does the role involve?

Focus on business development of Hilti ON!Track in a defined geographic area among current and prospective customers Analyze sales results, review customer factbase, identify key trades and customer potential to develop tactical sales strategy Coordinate efforts of entire team of Account Managers, Regional Managers, Division Managers, and marketing team members with a goal of improving market reach of ON!Track solution Provide the sales organization with product expertise and support resources to support local community Provide customer consultation, analysis, and expertise on challenges in device management Plan and participate in trade shows and other industry events Visit construction jobsites and offices to demonstrate ON!Track’s value proposition to key stakeholders within customer’s organization Support launch of new products to customers and team members by acquainting them with product feature benefits and solution functionality Communicate with customers to identify new market opportunities relevant to North American market Maintain knowledge of assigned product portfolio and related services (i.e. Fleet, LTS, etc.) Facilitate startup as well as ongoing training for new and existing ON!Track customers Prepare MSA for launch; participate in sales team training with ON!Track support team Assist with training of new field specialists and assist with launch readiness in their MSA

What you need is:

Bachelor’s Degree required Bilingual (French/English) required Minimum of three (3) years selling in the construction industry Training experience preferred Strong verbal and written communication skills Ability to work in a cross-functional team environment: Marketing, Sales, and other corporate team members Demonstrated analytical, problem-solving, organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills required Strong knowledge of SAP and Microsoft Office applications High level of entrepreneurship and presentation skills Willingness to travel up to 50% during first 2 months of training This position will not have a home office but will reside in specified MSA Adverse Working Conditions: Job requires walking on construction sites and uneven surfaces, as well as climbing scaffolding, ladders, and stairs during all seasons of the year Depending on geography employees may be exposed to adverse heat or cold Construction jobsites may also expose employees to excessively loud noises; ear protection is strongly encouraged and may be required on some jobsites Safety Equipment Required: Hardhat, safety vest, safety glasses, gloves, steel toe boots, and long pants required for working jobsites; must observe and abide by any and all safety regulations as required by Hilti, Canadian Occupational Health and Safety Regulations (COHSR), and General Contractors Physical Requirements: Must be able to walk on construction projects, climb scaffolding, and lift and carry up to 65 pounds of Hilti product
