•Telephone potential clients per in order to qualify their needs and arrange pre closed meetings for our business development team.
•Achieve daily, weekly, monthly and annual targets.
•Use commercial awareness to demonstrate the value of the proposition to the prospective customer.
•Enable the prospects to gain the best solution by promoting and proposing the appropriate specialist engagement and pre-close using a consultative approach.
•Enable WUBS to provide the ideal solution by arranging a firm meeting between the prospective client and our specialists.
•Ensure the quality and quantity of meetings meets our aspirations.
•Ensure that effective working relationships are maintained with Business Development Managers and Business Development Executives, understanding their challenges and identifying areas for continuous improvement.
•Remain fully conversant with the organisation’s products and services.
•Accurately update / maintain data and records and ensure they are followed through in accordance with departmental procedures and SLAs Main activity.
•Promote the Western Union brand and the WUBS FX solutions service.
•Provide a first class service to customers both internal and external.
•Work as a team member, encouraging and supporting others.
•100% against target monthly, quarterly and annual
•Full compliance with all WU behaviours and UK regulatory requirements

•12 months experience in an outbound telephone sales role
