Ultimate Software is recruiting for an Inside Sales Partner. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a challenging, fast-paced environment in South Florida on a high-performance team. The Inside Sales Partner position is focused on providing support in specific territories needing temporary help.  You will call and email on accounts to uncover sales opportunities for potential HCM vendor changes.  Work in SalesForce to clean up account and contact data/information through profiling and research. Your goal is to identify high potential prospects and ensure they are well qualified leads, meeting key guidelines for a quality lead.  You must complete agreed upon projects regarding temporary support to inside sales territories, database improvement, live chat tool management, etc. Work under guidance of your Manager in partnership and collaboration with Outside Sales team.  Excellent sales skills with a high level of proficiency in communication needed.  Proven sales track-record with 1-3 years of experience in B2B technology sales, specifically inside sales experience preferred.

Primary/Essential Duties and Key Responsibilities:

  • Support Inside Sales Team in achieving team quota
  • Database profiling and clean-up
  • Build quality business relationships over the phone
  • Manage overall prospect relationships
  • Consistent phone calls and emails to assigned projects/temporary territory
  • Uncover prospect needs and challenges to maximize their business results
  • Identify qualified leads and turn them over to outside sales representatives
  • Use product & technology knowledge to ensure you can conduct credible conversations about Ultimate Software (UltiPro)
  • Gain access to Key Decision Makers
  • Support Outside Sales to uncover new Sales Opportunities
  • Marketing Campaign Support
  • Sales Event Support
  • Lead Qualification
  • Attend & Support Tradeshows when needed
  • Improve/update database content for accuracy

Experience, Education, Certification, License and Training
