We are currently looking for a seasoned Director of Global Partnerships to help shape the future of Mogul.

Lead, inspire, and motivate our Global Partnerships team, and bring innovation to the sales process to help accelerate our team’s success and Mogul’s market growth
Mentor and oversee the end-to-end development of our your team, including hiring, on-boarding, and ongoing coaching
Partner with your team to develop and execute focused sales strategies to acquire new business for SMB, Mid-Market, and Enterprise level
Participate in your team’s sales cycle, own your own quota, and push deals to close to help deliver on your team’s monthly goals
Work closely with your team to understand their day to day progressions, and to prepare and present accurate and timely sales forecasts
You may be the right fit for this role if you:
Have 5+ years of sales management experience at a fast-paced tech or SaaS startup - if you don’t there is always a way to change our mind!
Have the mindset to lead by example in terms of your work ethic, and willingness to roll up your sleeves
Love finding, mentoring, motivating, and coaching seasoned sales teams
Understand and have experience in the application of relevant sales methodologies, and a strong knowledge of Salesforce
But most of all, make things happen whether it’s brainstorming new coaching ideas, learning a new skill, or creating a critical sales strategy with your team
