We are currently looking for an ambitious Global Partnerships Manager to help shape the future of Mogul.

Inspire and motivate our Global Partnerships team members on a daily basis, and bring innovation to the sales process to help accelerate our market growth trajectory
Mentor and oversee the end-to-end development of our Global Partnerships team, including hiring, on-boarding, and ongoing coaching
Work closely with the sales team to understand their day to day progressions, and oversee all results to prepare and present accurate and timely sales forecasts
Develop and execute focused sales strategies to acquire new business
Participate in all aspects of the sales cycle, and own your own sales quota focused on large enterprise deals
You may be the right fit for this role if you:
Have 5+ years of quota-carrying sales experience and 2+ years of applicable sales management experience - if you don’t there is always a way to change our mind!
Love finding, mentoring, motivating, and coaching seasoned sales teams
Enjoy evaluating sound business opportunities, closing deals and have a track record of exceeding sales targets
Understand and have experience in the application of relevant sales methodologies and metrics, and a strong knowledge of CRM tools that manage sales-related activities
Are comfortable in a fast-moving, intense and high-growth startup environment
But most of all, make things happen whether it’s brainstorming new product ideas, learning a new skill or creating a critical sales strategy with the team
