They will work with DQ Portfolio Managers to understand Data standards and translate into DQ rules. They will also identify DQ opportunities and engage the Markets/Units to drive Continues Improvement process that warranties the DQ./ppbr /ustrongKey Responsibilities:/strong/u/ppnbsp;/ppLiaising with Data Councils and DQ Portfolio Managers ndash;to identify and translate standards (Governance) into DQ rules, including business requirement, testing, rollout, training etc. With the objective of create a global DQ catalog per Data Council./ppMonitor DQ KPIs adherence and engage regional and local units/markets partnering with Data Stewards with cleansing activities that will improve the DQ KPIrsquo;s./ppIdentify and drive continues improvement process that will improve data quality./ppActively influence and support the global set of tools, frameworks and process to implement data quality./ppDrive projects for large scale cleansing of data where applicable./ppBuild DQ rules associated to demand in SAP Info Steward/ppIdentify, compare and resolvenbsp;data qualitynbsp;problems presented within rule sets/ppHelp DQ Portfolio Managers amp; Business lead in root cause analysis of the DQ issues/ppWork with DQ Team Lead to Identifying data gaps and establishing a process or system changes to capture the missing information using Data Needs Analysis/ppDevelop routines in SAP Data Services to perform mass cleansing in support of large data cleansing initiatives./ppExecute test cases and verify test results to validate mass cleansing routines./ppnbsp;/ppustrongRequirements:/strong/u/ppHas minimum 3-5 years of experience in Master Data Management and Data Analysis./ppHas experience in working in a complex multi-national corporate environment./ppAbility to collaborate with multiple teams including: DQ Portfolio Manager, Data Champions and Regional Data Stewards, etc./ppDetail analysis in order to identify opportunities (trends) in the data that will trigger continues improvement activities./ppBeing able to engage the business in cleansing activities./ppStrong background in SAP Information Steward and SAP Data Services developer, SQL AND SAP ECC/ppDrive continues improvement process./ppProficient in writing and oral communications/pp /ppMars is an equal opportunity employer and all qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, disability status, protected veteran status, or any other characteristic protected by law.
