Position: Compensation Analyst

Location: Irvine, California

Overview:


The Compensation Analyst will be a key member of the Human Resources team responsible for creating and implementing a global job architecture for Alteryx. This position will have a strong emphasis on constructing our global compensation program in the first six months and a continued focus on maintaining the compensation and incentive program.

Responsibilities:

  • Create, implement, and maintain the companys global compensation program. Conduct survey analysis on existing positions for appropriate benchmarking. Develop the global compensation structure including job descriptions, benchmarks, grades, bands, incentive programs, compensation philosophy, and resources for the HR team and Leadership.
  • Provide continued administration of the compensation program by analyzing new positions for competitive market rates and FLSA compliance. Perform annual analysis over existing positions to ensure continued equitability. Assist with annual compensation reviews, salary planning, and bonus cycles, and the facilitation of annual compensation survey submissions.
  • Coordinate with Radford on the development of our global equity program. Assist with the evaluation of equity to specific positions and development of educational materials as it relates to equity.
  • Work closely with the Legal team to report on internal equity grants.
  • Stay current with market trends and ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations as it relates to compensation.
  • Assist with other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:

  • 3-5 years of experience working in Human Resources
  • 3+ years' compensation experience
  • Prior experience developing and managing a compensation program
  • A bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Exceptional project management skills
  • Must be a hands-on professional with proven ability to excel in a fast-paced environment
  • Must be well organized, detail oriented, and confident working with individuals at different levels of the organization
  • Demonstrated critical thinking to review, analyze and interpret data to draw conclusions and make recommendations
  • Excellent speaking, writing and presentation skills
  • Demonstrated ability to maintain the highest degree of security and confidentiality
  • CCP and PHR or SPHR is preferred
