1, Closely work with SDL team to develop full year by window channel holistic activation plan, including In-store activation, NPD launch activation design and picture of success standard for each store;
2, Interact with sales team to understand execution feasibility and customer needs to design SMART goal for execution;
3, Work with Finance and SRM to manage activation resources esp. TP resource to ensure the channel growth target and positive earning;
4, Work with RCM to design regional-based by adapting national mechanism and manage regional budget;
5, Collaborate with Demand Planning to be agile to respond to market offtake change and ready to design gap closing mechanism;
6, Represent sales in NPD ATG group to make sure the NPD design and launch is feasible;
2)Effective communication skill ( Fluent English and good mandarin- written and spoken) ;
3)Capability to develop priority and manage multiple tasks
4)Winning and resilient attitude;
5)More than 5 years experience of Trade MKT or Regional Key Account Manager in large FMCG company
6)Strong skill in setting up friendly relations;
7)Strong analytical skills to effectively present and implement action plans ;
