We are currently looking for an ambitious Global Partnerships Lead to help shape the future of Mogul. 

In this role,  you will be partnering with top HR leaders to pioneer a movement that enables workplaces to attract, retain, and advance top diverse talent through our award-winning softwares. 

You will increase Mogul's B2B revenue through new business sales, and help startups and mid-size companies diversify their talent pipelines by an average of 74.4% per year.

You will:

  • Develop and implement innovative business lead and acquisition strategies
  • Prospect and generate sales opportunities within Mogul’s small to mid-size corporate sales segment while articulating Mogul's value proposition effectively
  • Build and manage a sales pipeline while growing successful client relationships from initial contact to close
  • Successfully build strong relationships with prospects and execute multiple touch points with innovative strategies 
  • Effectively communicate client/prospect feedback to provide product feedback to effect the product roadmap
  • Collaborate with Partner Success, Marketing and Product teams to produce and deliver successful engagement and positive outcomes

You may be a fit for this role if you:

  • Have 2+ years B2B sales experience - SaaS experience is a plus!
  • Are analytical, process and data-driven, yet have a creative startup mindset
  • Value ownership, integrity, and innovation
  • Thrive in an entrepreneurial, free-flowing startup culture
  • Must overdeliver always, but prefer to be a part of a supportive team (rather than being too competitive)
  • But most of all, make things happen whether it's creating a critical sales strategy, learning a new skill, or brainstorming new product ideas.

*** This role is open to both on-site and remote talent. The compensation for this role includes a base salary + commission.
