Summary Facilitates elicitation, capture and assembly of business requirements within the Logicalis Service Delivery Organization as part of validation and execution of projects, with primary focus towards Managed Services onboarding. Manages requirements development process and creates viable and consumable specifications including acceptance criteria through elicitation, analysis, specification and verification of business needs provided by both business/client and Logicalis. Supports ongoing management of requirements and alignment to defined solution though life cycle of project. Essential Duties and Responsibilities • Elicits and documents requirements using interviews, document analysis, requirements workshops, surveys, business process descriptions, use cases, scenarios, business analysis, task and workflow analysis. • Analyzes business requirements for feasibility for effectiveness as well as ensures implementation approach aligns to Logicalis Services Portfolio and services delivery model. • Effectively communicates in manner understandable by both technology and business experts at all levels of organization. • Supports Service Delivery organization through integration and billing related activities. • Prepares documentation in support of contract activities. • Produces reports, charts, and graphs analyzing services for combined customer and management audience. • Ties together output from disparate data sources to produce functional information that drives business outcome improvement. • Uses defined mechanisms to capture, analyze and report upon Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). • Participates in implementation of new business processes and functions resulting from internal initiatives. • Participates in ongoing system performance and service delivery improvement through gathering and assembly of relevant data in support of company defined metrics. • Assists in operational procedures or project improvements through techniques such as use of client requirements measured against outcomes. • Demonstrates and actively promotes an understanding and commitment to the mission of Logicalis through performing behaviors consistent with the organization's values. • Maintains a working knowledge of applicable Federal, State, and Local laws and regulations as well as policies and procedures of Logicalis in order to ensure adherence in a manner that reflects honest, ethical and professional behaviors. • Supports and conducts self in a manner consistent with customer service expectations. Education/Experience/Technical Requirements/Certifications Education • Bachelor’s degree in a related field. Experience / Technical Requirements: • 5 years enterprise-level Business Analyst experience, preferably in Managed or Shared Services environment. • Understanding of ITIL Service Lifecycle stages and general Incident, Change, Request Fulfillment and Problem processes. • Understanding of core technologies under Logicalis Services Portfolio, including: o Application Development and Integration o Data Center Infrastructure, Virtualization o Disaster Recovery/Business Continuity o Unified Communications o Networking and Security / Threat Management • Practical application ability with Microsoft Office and Visio. • Detailed analytical capabilities. • Experience with ITSM software and systems; Service-Now. • Strong understanding of technology and business operations from more than one business sector and understands significance of fiscal constraints. • Proficient use of all Microsoft Office applications and Microsoft Project. May consider an equivalent combination of education and experience. Certifications • ITIL v3 Foundations Certificate Other Skills and Abilities • Ability to manage through high level of ambiguity and multiple requests from variety of sources. • Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously and translate business data into digestible information that improves corporate processes. • Polished and professional technical/business communication skills and ability to interact with clients in a professional and business appropriate manner. • Outstanding technical/business communication skills. • Requires strong technical writing and customer interaction skills. .
