We’re seeking an Associate, based in our Santa Ana, Costa Rica office. In this role, you will provide AML Compliance support to agents of Western Union and its affiliates in order to build programs that are in compliance with the Bank Secrecy Act, USA Patriot Act, and other anti -money laundering laws as they apply to Money Services Businesses.

- English level B2 or above.
- High School degree or equivalent.
- Schedule Flexibility, may include weekends
- Ability to work independently or under low Supervision
- Able to focus in achieving operational metrics on daily and monthly basis.
- Customer Service oriented
- Experience analyzing, interpreting, and presenting quantitative and qualitative research and data, preferably related to customer experience.
- Experience on working with different Systems and Applications environments
