Summary: Assists Alliance Business Development Manager with development, growth, and on-going support of key business initiatives between Logicalis and Partner (Cisco), field alignment/engagement, sales training/enablement, opportunity development (strategic sales calls, events, lead generation, etc.), marketing and coordination of cross functional activities to obtain alliance targets. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: • Maintains working knowledge of OEM offerings and industry solutions; assists in developing strategies that leverage Logicalis and OEM core strengths and articulates at regional level. • Works collaboratively with Alliance Business Development Manager, OEM, Sales and Logicalis Integrated Practices to meet business goals and objectives at regional/national/international levels. Engages with ecosystem of complementary partners to drive partner and Logicalis success. • Assists Alliance Business Development Manager in joint Partner project plans; identifies and recruits resources to implement plans; monitors and communicates progress and parameters to team members and stakeholders. • Works collaboratively with Alliance Business Development Manager to create line of sight between Logicalis and OEM objectives as driven by strategy. Maintains consistency of organizational goals and realigns goals in response to changing realities of marketplace to ensure success. • Communications: o Coordinates monthly internal communications to Logicalis field and ongoing partner communications for events, programs, and training opportunities including attending monthly virtual and possible in-person meetings. o Coordinates communication and collateral (quick reference guides, overview presentations, sales enablement resources etc.) on internal Logicalis websites (Optimal, Connected etc.). o Helps sales teams capitalize on new offers and consumption models (software & cloud) as well as verticals such as Healthcare, IOT, Manufacturing and Security, including attending monthly partner webinars to maintain up to date information. • Certification/Specializations/Rebates: o Monitors and tracks specializations including individual certifications; logs/uploads all necessary OEM continual learning credits including Cisco Live Certificates of Completion. o Collects necessary information for Cisco Audits of Master specializations and coordinates with Alliance Business Development Manager and Logicalis leaders to meet guidelines. o Collects necessary information for CSAT surveys from sales before required date. o Applies for and reviews all OEM specializations, certifications and profitability programs alongside Alliance Business Development Manager. o Engages as main point of contact (Admin) for Cisco Tools such as Partner Self Service, Partner Program Enrollment, Partner Management Application, Total Program View, PAL tool etc.; fields questions from internal departments as it relates to above mentioned tools. o Maintains Partner Seller Rewards program, attends virtual meetings focused on Seller Rewards and communicates any tool changes and program updates via email to field as needed. • Regional Alignment and Engagement: o Works to help drive growth plans for Logicalis focus markets with Alliance leadership. o Helps with regional enablement of Logicalis sales and technical resources and alignment of regions to Logicalis solutions areas (i.e. Verticals, Security, IoT), including tracking of regional meetings, growth plan tracking and promoting positive customer success stories between Logicalis and Cisco. o Assists Alliance leadership to ensure partnership is aligned with Logicalis Practice Areas, including solution development, reference architectures, and local delivery needs. o Assist Inside Sales team with Cisco programs, promotions, training sessions and lead generation campaigns; coordinates with Inside Sales leadership to ensure sale enablement needs are met. • Marketing Alignment and Engagement: o Helps with execution of marketing events and activities, including ROI tracking and follow up with Alliance Business Development Manager. o Works closely with Alliance leadership and Alliance Business Development Manager to define and execute go-to-market strategy (plays) at regional/national level. o Strategizes with Alliance Business Development Manager, sales team and partner to establish plans for new account acquisition. General • Demonstrates and actively promotes an understanding and commitment to the mission of Logicalis through performing behaviors consistent with the organization's values. • Maintains a working knowledge of applicable Federal, State, and Local laws and regulations as well as policies and procedures of Logicalis in order to ensure adherence in a manner that reflects honest, ethical and professional behaviors. • Supports and conducts self in a manner consistent with customer service expectations. Experience / Technical Requirements • 2 years’ experience in related area with IT background. • Proficient use of all Microsoft Office applications.
