    Administrative Assistant IV

    Do you want to become an integral part of an award-winning sales team working side-by-side with passionate and driven colleagues? Do you want to get closer to the front lines of serving our consumers and employers in a fast-paced and dynamic health care environment? As an Administrative Assistant IV, you’ll accomplish both while supporting Cambia’s Oregon-based health plan sales team. Recently honored as Cambia’s “Health Plan of the Year” for their 2018 performance, this team needs a highly driven self-starter who can continue to support record-breaking sales volume.


    A successful candidate will marry exemplary skills for organization, prioritization, and quality work with a highly agile approach to creative thinking, active problem solving, and a positive can-do outlook.   In this role, you’ll support daily sales team function including direct support of leadership and broad support of front-line sellers. This work includes administrative duties, limited event planning, promotional inventory management, and monthly/quarterly performance reporting.

    Key qualifications and experience:

    • A proven team player with the ability to partner, maintain and develop relationships.
    • Highly self-motivated; ability to work independently with minimal supervision; self-directed.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
    • Demonstrated proficiency in the MS Office Suite (PowerPoint, Excel, Word). Willingness and ability to learn additional software applications as necessary, such as Salesforce and internal tools.
    • Oversee “Rhythm of the Business” for the team (daily, weekly, monthly quarterly and annual email communications, conference calls, leadership meetings, etc.).
    • Ability to manage travel, schedule meetings, take notes in meetings, expense reporting, transcript notes, etc.

    Normally to be proficient in the competencies listed above:

    • Secretarial certificate or equivalent.
    • Five plus years increasingly responsible administrative assistant/secretarial experience (preferably includes 2 years to executive level management) or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
