About me
Long-time Pennsylvania resident and attorney JoAnn Fonzone maintains a passion for sports. She supports many local sports teams, including the Eagles and Phillies, and is a supporter of athletics at Penn State University. Not only that, but she has been regularly involved in political campaigns since her time in college and, over the past several decades, has volunteered with state, federal, and local political races. Beyond that, JoAnn Fonzone has shown her support for her communities by sharing her legal expertise with veterans, survivors of domestic violence, and victims of crimes on a pro bono basis.
Fonzone has been involved in the legal field since she was 18 years old. Currently an attorney at her own private practice in Philadelphia, she has worked in a huge range of legal areas in California, New York, and Pennsylvania. These areas include entertainment, corporate, personal injury, and defamation law. At present, she primarily focuses on handling corporate law matters, such as copyright law and contract disputes. However, she also accepts cases relating to civil rights pleadings and appeals.
In addition to handling client cases, Fonzone is also responsible for overseeing daily operations at her law firm. She handles all paralegal functions and completes research for each case. Moreover, she ensures all pleadings, interrogatories, complaints, and document requests relating to her cases are filed properly.
