We Break Down Bias & Create Career Growth

  • We’ve built four comprehensive DEI trainings for our entire company. The training curriculums were designed internally to target systemic racism and implicit bias in the workplace.
  • We’ve established a career coaching partnership with Byrd Consulting (recently rebranded as Perfeqta), a talent development firm focused on supporting women and individuals of color. Our career coaching program is available to all employees and provides 4 tailored 1:1 sessions with an individualized coach per year.

We Practice Inclusive Procurement

  • In 2020, we purchased more than $64,000 of goods and services from over 500 BIPOC-owned businesses across the country. 
  • We revamped our coffee program to ensure all of our US locations offer daily coffee from a Black-owned roaster. 
  • We’ve also established an in-kind program to donate up to $1 million worth of physical office space, event space, and services to non-profits that are working on racial justice initiatives.
