    Hilton Grand Vacations’ Women’s TRMG in Orlando is made up of 100 Team Members from all levels of the organization. The group recently held a “Lunch and Learn” session for female Corporate Team Members to discover valuable negotiating techniques, critical skills, and the importance of owning your voice. "As women, it's important we feel valued and ensure we're not holding ourselves back," shared Barbie LaMothe, WTMRG Chair. "We hope Team Members have found value in our recent lunch & learn series to build a better self. It’s crucial we support one another. The WTMRG wants to be the catalyst for change by empowering women at HGV.”
