We actively foster an inclusive workplace where several dimensions of diversity are acknowledged and respected so that all team members feel confident bringing their full selves to work each day. Our goal is to hire, retain, upskill, and progress a workforce that represents the communities we serve. To help represent the intersectional identities at HelloFresh, we currently have five employee resource groups that are dedicated to supporting and building community based on identity and experience. These groups are making a difference by driving awareness, action, and accountability through social interactions, educational opportunities, and community outreach. Everyone is welcome at our table.
Here are the missions of our employee resource groups (ERG) below:
AMP (Asians Mobilizing for Progress): AMP aims to amplify and empower the voices and identities of AAPI employees at HelloFresh by fostering connections, developing leaders, generating awareness around AAPI issues, and celebrating Asian culture.
GET (Gender Equality Team): GET is designed to foster an inclusive environment for all women-identifying employees to emerge as leaders through networking, mentoring, and career development.
FreshPride: FreshPride creates and maintains an inclusive and safe work environment, fosters professional development, and organizes outreach opportunities for LGBTQIA+ employees at HelloFresh.
LIMES (Leveraging Inclusivity for Minority Employee Success): LIMES aims to expand inclusivity & diversity at HelloFresh. The group is wholly dedicated to fostering an environment for employees of color to emerge as leaders through recruitment, career development, professional networking, and community involvement.
FreshParents: FreshParents aims to change the way working parents are seen and valued within HelloFresh. In addition, FreshParents strives to support working parents as they navigate the challenges of managing both parenting and working.
Beyond the Box advances Hellofresh’s mission of changing the way people eat, forever. Our objective is to target a broken food system and ensure that fresh food is available and accessible to those experiencing food insecurity and to anyone in their time of need.
Addressing hunger and helping those facing food insecurity is a responsibility we take seriously. Our teams work diligently to get fresh, healthy food to those who need it most, starting with our local communities where we live and work.

Corporate Social Responsibility
We’ve teamed up with YourCause + BlackBaud to make charitable donations and volunteering easy and accessible for our HelloFresh family. YourCause is a giving and volunteerism CSR platform that helps connect employees to their local communities and donate to over 900,000 vetted non-profit organizations.
With this employee social impact program, we look forward to embracing and supporting philanthropy that our employees are passionate about, and that will make a difference in the communities where we each live and work.
More than half of all our employee donations are directed towards organizations that focus on ending food insecurity in the U.S.. Through our personal donations and our collective actions, we are committed to helping close the gaps that stand in the way of providing fresh and nutritious food to our local communities. Each of us can do our part to help build a more equitable future.
In addition to improving food accessibility in our communities through fundraising and volunteerism, we are open to partnership opportunities to highlight the DE&I work done within your organization.
