    The Dentsu Aegis Network 401k and profit sharing plan offers you the opportunity to start preparing today for your retirement. You can contribute up to 75% of your eligible income to your 401k and the company will match 50% of each pre and/or post-tax dollar you contribute on the first 6% of pay that you defer to the plan.

    At Dentsu Aegis Network we understand that even the hardest workers need to relax and recharge. That’s why our time off policy includes paid sick time, optional days, summer flex days, and a generous holiday schedule that includes a week long paid winter break between Christmas and New Years.

At Dentsu Aegis Network we are proud to offer 16 weeks of paid parental leave when you welcome a child into your life, and up to 6 weeks of paid caregiver leave if you need time off to care for a seriously ill family member.
