    Dagne Dover's mission is to create smart and beautiful products to help you live the life you've imagined. Culture

    As a millennial, female-led company, protecting our awesome culture is critical to our success. Some of the things we value the most are: hard work, fun, transparency, autonomy, over-communication and collaboration. Like a close-knit (but slightly overbearing) family, we have a constant group chat going at all times -- and it's mostly not about work. We respect and trust each other greatly. #dreamteam We only do business with good people -- people with integrity and positive vibes -- that goes for who we partner with, our investors, vendors, etc. Life is too short for negativity. We love that we get to design bags that help people be their best selves every day. We feel very lucky to do what we do and we don't take it for granted. With that being said, we keep everything in perspective -- we work hard but we don't take ourselves too seriously. We are doing great work, but we're not curing cancer; deadlines are made to be met, and we have high expectations for ourselves -- but sometimes we decide that delays are necessary. We don't set rules or expectations just for the sake of having rules or expectations; everything we do is with intent. We believe in making smart decisions for long-term success -- not short-term gains.
