Headquartered in Madison, Wisconsin, one of the top bicycle friendly cities in the nation, Pacific Cycle has locations throughout the United States, Canada and China. At Pacific Cycle, our culture is as fun and lively as the lifestyle brands we represent where innovative ideas are welcomed, and customer satisfaction is top priority.

We all own the business results.

We each go above and beyond to solve challenges and focus on the big priorities.

We are stronger when we work together.

We work towards a common goal, feed in positive energy, and actively listen and show respect.

We think like a customer, we think like a consumer.

We are curious, debate insights to identify solutions and demonstrate relentless energy to improve.

Our leaders inspire, engage and act.

Our leaders show resilience and tenacity and paint a vivid picture of the future.

Diversity & Inclusion

Diversity enhances creativity and innovation – two elements that are at the core of everything we do. Building and nurturing a culture where diverse backgrounds, perspectives and talents can thrive isn’t just good business sense. It’s good sense. That’s why we have partnered with Mogul - to continuously support and develop diverse backgrounds and perspectives so that we can better enable our people and our business to unlock their greatest potential.

At Dorel Sports, we recognize that progress cannot be achieved in solitude. For us that means cultivating a space for diverse ideas to thrive inside and outside of our office. Our women’s affinity group GROW, Growth in Relationships and Opportunities for Women, encourages connectivity and authentic moments of interacting with peers to form the basis of powerful relationships that drive change forward. Our mission is to provide an inviting and safe platform for women to make connections with each other, grow professionally, and create space for learning and exchange within Dorel Sports, our workplace, our overall business, and our communities.

We believe cycling is for everyone and we recognize the influence we have to create an inclusive and representative space for our sport.  In partnership with EF Pro Cycling and USA Cycling, Cannondale has selected three Historically Black Colleges & Universities (HBCUs) and Tribal Colleges & Universities (TCUs) as the recipients of a three-year grant to launch club and varsity cycling programs. The program was built to help diversify cycling by providing support, access and inspiration to Black and Indigenous communities at the collegiate level. Through this program, each school will receive equipment, funding and mentorship. Collegiate teams will help inspire participation at the high school level, competitive experience at the collegiate level and future interest in the cycling industry. We believe that the best way to effect lasting change is through taking direct action to build connection and community.

Social impact

At Dorel Sports, we share a common goal to help create a fun, healthy world for the communities that we live and work in. With more than 50 years of service under our belt, we are committed to spreading the word about bikes – their health and environmental benefits, and even how bikes can empower and improve entire communities. With the support and commitment from our employees, we have established community outreach groups that focus on taking action to progress our local neighborhoods. This task force is comprised of four groups: Kids from Underprivileged Backgrounds, Opportunity Youth, Transportation and Infrastructure and Sustainability. Together we can make our world a better place to ride.

In support of this mission, we are continually seeking ways to make cycling a part of everyone’s lives. These are just some of our current social action initiatives:

Lebron James Foundation

Since 2019, Dorel Sports has been the official bike partner of the Lebron James Foundation I Promise School, providing custom-painted Schwinn bikes and helmets to the incoming 3rd grade class each year. Together, with the Lebron James Foundation, we aim to get more kids on bikes providing them with the freedom and joy that two wheels can offer.

CCAP

The CT Cycling Advancement Program aims to put every child in Connecticut on a bike. Since their inception in 2013, CCAP has introduced thousands of children aged 9 – 18 to the sport of cycling. As the bicycle sponsor, Cannondale ensures that each child has access to a bike, regardless of their socioeconomic status.

USA BMX Foundation

Mongoose is a proud sponsor of the USA BMX Foundation.  The Foundation offers cycling-inspired STEM education programs for U.S. elementary schools, reaching an estimated 225,000 students annually. Through hands-on, project-based learning, young students across the country engage in new ways of learning science, technology, engineering, and math through the lens of a BMX bike.

Together We Rise

In partnership with Together We Rise, Schwinn works to improve the foster youth experience by providing over 7,000 bicycles to foster kids each year.
