I was called Bossy when I was younger but never in a professional capacity so I was never really offended and I never felt it had to do with me being a woman. As a young EIC, managing staff older than myself, I once overheard someone call me the "b" word and I was shocked but once again not offended. To me it was a reflection of that person's insecurity.

That's really cool @Colliers International. Please keep us posted! At Mogul, for sure I would have to say it was when we made the official partnership with UN Women where our courses would be distributed to women in need for free. The idea of helping bring education to the world, especially young women, is very exciting!
