With everything from predictive analytics, to mobile apps, we’re helping people get care when—and where—they need it. To develop and deliver innovative data and technology products, we focus on: data science and machine learning algorithms, cloud-native technology, containerization, serverless infrastructure, defensive programming, microservices, CI/CD, UI/UX for web and mobile. Our focus is on hiring individuals with strong analytical, business, marketing, accounting, finance, health and public health backgrounds.
From our Cause to our community investments, Cambia is dedicated to making health care easier and lives better.
We work closely with community partners to implement transformative solutions rooted in empathy. From substance abuse to senior care, homelessness to food insecurity, Cambia supports organizations that care for the underserved and at-risk members of our community.
We also empower our employees to strengthen and give in the ways they feel most compelled and invested. From serving as nonprofit board members to volunteering to giving matched financial donations, Cambia employees consistently step up and step out to help people in need. In 2020 Cambia colleagues generated $3 million for over 2,300 organizations across the U.S.
We are also committed to helping people overcome health inequities. We strive to break cycles of poverty through the support of programs like Bridge Meadows in Oregon, mobile dentals vans in Washington, or Community Action Partnership in Idaho. We partner with organizations to empower girls through the work of the YWCA of Utah, Mary’s Place in Washington, and Girls, Inc. and the Center for Women’s Leadership at Portland State University in Oregon. We also support organizations that highlight challenges facing specific cultural minority groups like the LGBTQIA+, Hispanic and immigrant communities.
