From behind your computer it’s really easy to leave a comment. I don’t know who you are and you don’t know me. But if you leave a comment on one of my personal articles shaming me on MOGUL of all places I WILL respond.

There’s two words for what I just witnessed on my last piece:

1. Rape Culture

2. Trolling

smh.

Hi @Arielle London, I just came back to the site this morning and I am surprised by your negative reaction about my comment on your article from yesterday. Yes, you completely misunderstood my comment. As a writer (as we all can see that your signed yourself as a writer in your title), you should expect and accept that people react differently to your writing and/or writing style. To be truly professional, you should not always expect that everytime you write something, people have to say how perfect you are or your articles are. There was no intent to shame anything or anyone from my part as I did not even know whether the story you wrote is a fictional essay (as writers do write) or a personal story. As I am not a mean-spirited person, I accept your apology but please do not get angry so fast and so quickly and so wrongly especially before you hear from your readers' feedback and/or clarification.

Hi @RobinToday, please see my comment on the last piece in response to the same 2 comments you posted on here. As I mentioned in both comments in response to my original one I recognized that yours might not have been as judgemental as the others I read. That being said, my response is on the other piece.

To be clear, I am shocked whenever I read/hear that a woman accepts that the man she says who rapped her lend her something. If she had been my friend, I would have told her to fight back, not to accept it as normal, to leave the scene as quickly as possible, to go to a medical facility to get a note from a doctor, and after all, to go to the police to report it with the medical note to get the guy to go to jail to pay for the horrible thing he did.
