Wheredoyoufindmotivation?

Kaushikee

For the past several months, I've often felt like I had to force myself to complete assignments, plan events, and even interact with friends. I've been lacking in motivation and it made even simple activities difficult to get in. I've found that planning my time out, journaling and working out why I've been so distracted have helped tremendously but I was wondering if you had any suggestions. Where do you find motivation? How do you deal with feeling stuck and how do you think we can prevent this feeling?

When I get stuck and lose motivation I just remind myself of why I want to do something in the first place. What goal or result am I seeking?

I know this feeling @Kaushikee. When I feel stuck, I take a moment to rest, whether it be doing an activity I enjoy, or even taking a nap. Just something to help me feel a reset.

I completely agree. I think forcing yourself through something just makes it harder to deal with. I love the way you described it too - looking for a reset is definitely the best way to approach the situation. Do you have any particular activities that you find always help you with this?
