Well, being 23 I continue to tell myself that everything takes time. An analogy I like to use is that of building a fire. It takes time an patience, and when it's done, it burns bright. So learn to be patient, listen to those who want you to grow and especially...fake it 'till you make it!

Spend less time worrying about how others perceive you and the decisions you make. Sometimes getting caught up with the thoughts in your head stops you from actually experiencing life. At least once a year, tackle the thing that you are most afraid of, you'll be surprised how the action frees you. Spend more time reading for pleasure or expansion, laughing, exploring different career and life paths. Most of all, please don't settle for a life that you know you'll hate!
