Today, our First Lady boarded her plane en route to Texas, to visit a children's detainment facility wearing a jacket with large words on the back stating, " I really don't care, do you?"
Is she really that tone deaf, and was her entire staff asleep at the wheel, or was this a calculated and divisive move on her part?
Remember, this is a woman who wore sky-high Manolo Blahnik stilettos to travel to a flood zone and a $1600 shirt to plant vegetables in the White House garden. I am struggling to see how she had a $39 Zara jacket with a questionable message just laying around that she grabbed randomly on the way out the door. If it were by Dolce and Gabbana, I would be more open to it being a major faux pas, rather than a literal and blatant statement that she knew the whole world would see. Thoughts?
