After I reminded him of his disappearing act he apologized but it didn't feel that sincere. And now he wants to start talking again. Should I give him another chance?

Danica, why would you give him another chance?  It's not like he popped back up with an explanation and an apology (on his own).  He just popped back up, like he was doing you a favor.  I don't think so 😒  Someone who can't even be respectful of whatever the relationship was between the two of you, does not deserve a second chance.  He knew exactly what he did and did not even have the decency to apologize (on his own).   If he was sincere in presenting an apology, he would have humbled himself way more than what he presented to you.  This guy does not value you and obviously feels that you have nothing else going on in your life.  All you did was give him more ammunition to do you dirty again.  What you are showing him is that he can 💩 on you, and without explanation or an apology he can continue to do so, because you were willing to disregard his actions when you were not even in a committed/serious relationship.  Don't sell yourself short, there are better men out there.   Throw this self-centered 🐸 back into the pond, cause he's far from a prince...and you should be aiming for a 🤴🏽 in your life 😉

How strongly do you feel about him? If you really like him and think he's a good guy, I'd give him another chance.
