We just hosted a Friendsgiving last Sunday!  Here's what I feel worked/what didn't: For Appetizers, I love Mary's Gone or Simple Mills crackers and Ithaca/Hope Hummus!  All are probably at Whole Foods.  Great for people with gluten issues but STILL tastes great!!  And tri-colored carrots cause they are more fun to eat than reg!  That avoids dairy but someone could always bring cheese if they love it!  My roommates also bought some Trader Joe's poppers that were easy to heat in the oven.  A good guac and tortilla chip is never a bad choice either.  For the main course, as long as you have Turkey, Veggies (I roasted pre-cut root veggies and it's SO easy), and Stuffing, boom, there's the plate!  If people bring add-ons then awesome, but that way you're covered.  For bread-I love Simple Mills boxed mix focaccia bread.  Tastes amazing, bakes in only 15 min. AND it's grain free so again, win/win for those who have sensitivities vs. those who just want bread that tastes great!  Everyone's happy.  :-) Wine/Beer/Vodka and Soda water (can grab lemon/lime in case), and we grabbed a huge bag of ice at the store.  I tried Zevia (canned and sweetened with stevia) ginger flavored soda water so I had a sugar free ginger ale!  Tasted great with Vodka.  Or Trader Joe's flavored soda water is great too.  If people really want sweet maybe some cranberry juice?  Paper cups, Napkins, re-useable/ eco-friendly silverware from WFs, and lots of paper towels for clean-up.  As for dessert- that's my favorite part.  We ended up having 4-5 PIES!!  Someone made this gluten free/sugar free Betty Crocker pumpkin pie and I swear to you everyone loved it!!  Recipe below.  Got eaten as much if not more than the reg. pumpkin pie!  Dessert seems to be the easy go-to (apart from wine/crackers) for people to grab and bring from a bakery.  So maybe assign who brings what flavor so you don't end up with 5 apple or 5 pumpkin pies-haha.  Good tunes, good people, and have the BEST time!  <3  https://www.bettycrocker.com/recipes/gluten-free-pumpkin-pie/5d387bca-5601-4c66-bf2c-a36d1629ce4f

Thanks @Kelly Hudson . Yeah my mom already starting cooking. I stocked up on wine and beer and cocktail ingredients and I make great salads. I also made sure my dog got a haircut. So he's looking good LOL
