I usually begin to wind down with taking a shower, brushing my teeth, washing my face, and then if I'm not super tired I'll watch my favorite show The Office.

    My IPad Pro..an alarm goes off for the latest time I can be up..an alarm for the latest time I can wake..I havent set Alexa to wake me but I could also do that..I have an alarm in my family room that goes off at mid nite ..make sure I check doors or eat dinner..

    I always take a short 30 minute nap after school and find that it helps with my tiredness after a long day at school.

    After finishing my homework I get some water to drink and then take a shower. While I brush my teeth I listen to music from Spotify and that usually makes me tired enough to just go to sleep when I hit the bed. In the morning when I'm really tired from getting up I take power naps (5-10 minutes) on the bus and in the HUB, which usually gives me enough energy for the day.

    I usually get 8-9 hours a night. I take showers at night because it helps to go to sleep clean and refreshed. Before I go to bed I read or listen to music. I also never go to bed on an empty stomach.

    I also have a problem with this! But one way I try to have an organized sleep schedule is by writing out a daily schedule. I have a planner in which I write everything I have to do for that day. I also write how long each event will take and try to make sure I complete everything before a certain time.

    I would avoid taking naps. I know they can be crucial to staying up late sometimes, but never sleep for more than 30 minutes if you want to stay on a standard sleeping schedule. My night routine involves taking a shower, getting into some comfy clothes, doing a little skincare, and either falling asleep while doing work on my laptop or while playing music. I also recommend weaning yourself off of your habit of falling asleep to The Office! Try to unwind by listening to music or doing something else.
