So I know it's a bit early to say this, but, finals are coming up. Yep, I said it. Some of us get really anxious and stressed during this period of time, so here I compiled a list of things you can do to calm down. We can do this!
1) Go for a walk
2) Take a relaxing bath
3) Put on music and just dance around like a maniac
4) Cook something you really like
6) Watch a movie or some youtube videos
7)Meet up with friends
10) Clean up around the place
11) Take small study breaks in between study sessions.
12) stay hydrated
13) Do some yoga.
14) Take deep breaths
15) Smile. Even if you don't necessarily have a reason to. Smiling instantly just puts you in a good mood.
