Tell me about your struggles with weight loss! What are the biggest obstacles and challenges you experience when trying to lose weight?

    I've struggled to exercise each day. I feel like I go through spurts of time where I exercise each day (typically from Summer to Fall) and then where I hibernate (typically from Winter to Spring). I've also used FitTea in the past, and it proved really effective (I lost 14 pounds within a 1-2 month time frame, and I was able to keep it off, even a year later after I stopped using it). I'm considering doing it again, but I worry about the side effects. Have you ever heard of it? What are your thoughts on it?

      Hi, Tiffany! I am honored to see you here :) Thank you for sharing your struggles! Yes, many of us, busy women dive into work, even more, when it's cold outside. We cover up with blankets, spend more time sitting and eating (yep!). I do believe exercising consistently helps tremendously to stay fit and happy, but without good nutrition, it's often a waste of time! I've actually never heard of FitTea, but I will look it up! I believe in losing weight by...eating good, nourishing food and enjoying them. How does that sound?
