Mad?

Glad?

Indifferent?

13 Reasons Why is coming back in 2019. There will be no Hannah but we should get some closure on certain main characters and the action packed season finale of Season 2. What are your thoughts?

@Bethany Heinrich I have grown to love the series. It is like Degrassi but grittier and tackles some real world issues youth face daily. I don't think it glamorizes suicide at all.

I agree with you. It really grew on me each episode and I think it's well done.

I have not watched season two yet but I am glad. I think the writers and producers really make an effort to reveal what the real world is like. Everyone complains about how it can romanticize suicide and incite it for young children but I think it is trying to do the exact opposite. I think it is trying to show young people what it does to the people around you after you die and also how you are not alone with your suicidal feelings, everyone goes through it.

@gabrielleperna I 100% agree! They've been really sincere with the resources, warnings and even "Beyond the Reasons" show which digs deeper into the issues but the actors address them as actors. PREPARE yourself for Season 2. That's all I'll say. It is very good though...and addicting.

I like 13 Reasons Why. I can see why some people don't condone it (because of the ending). And all of the episodes came with a disclaimer that it might be a trigger. so..... I guess I'm indifferent. The real question is if it glorifies suicide. If it glorifies school shootings. Especially in a climate where these discussions are happening more and more often.
