Keep it Lean
Start-up businesses do not have room for “dead” weight. As an
example, when first starting out, if you need some assistance, rather
then hiring a permanent employee that will involve salary, insurance,
other benefits, etc., consider a temporary employee until the business
grows. Keep improving the bottom line before you start adding on more
expenses to your business.
After watching an Oprah interview with Steve Harvey the analogy he used is prefect for today’s step to success. In life we all have a rope tied to our backs tied to that rope is a wagon who we have in that wagon should be helping up get our wagon up the hill to success. If the people in your wagon are not helping you with their foot off the side of the wagon pushing then they are just riders. Now for a time our children are just riders, that;s ok of a time. When you child is old enough the “pull there own weight” you must start to teach them.
