Keep a Journal
As you work hard to reach success, regardless of what you consider that
success to be, you need to be able to see your accomplishments. Start
a journal and track every thing you have conquered. When you feel
discouraged or frustrated, reflect on what you have achieved, and
rejuvenate yourself.

I am  not by any means telling you to start doing all 101 steps all at once. If you are already doing a few of them then I would suggest adding a few more to your life day by day. If you have already been keeping a journal I encourage you to keep of 50 good things that have happened to you today.

    Very awesome! Maybe it's just me but I feel writing 50 good things per day may be daunting. How did you combat that feeling? Have you seen progress since you've been journaling? Does it reduce anxiety?

      Thank you Courtney for your wonderful questions and comment!! I thought the same thing 50 good things is per daunting... once you get started it becomes easier. I write things like that I am grateful that my car started... That I have money in the bank... That my son is healthy... Combating that feeling, for me, was just to start writing. I have seen progress... I express myself differently to others and think about what comes out of my mouth in a different way than I did before. My anxiety and I work though each other though meditation. I am sure the journaling has helped it gives me a reference point to see how far I have come.
