Great News for Night Owls

Is Your Real Day Only Beginning When the Sun Goes Down? You’re Not Alone.

Researchers have found that a genetic propensity tends to play a big part in when a person prefers to be awake.

So the next time you find yourself developing that epic proposal at 3 AM, give yourself some credit — it could actually be written in your genes!
