Be a Problem Solver
Rather than stew over things or let stress overtake you, find ways to
become a problem solver. Look at ways that you might find new
customers, increase productivity, or resolve issues.
Be someone who fixes the problem not the one who makes more problems. If you look at every issue you have, every issue anyone comes to you with, be someone with the answers to fix it. If you are the one fixing the problem then more people will know they can trust you with the problem rather than keeping it from you till it becomes unsolvable.
