    I agree with all of these. I've been working in an office for about 5 years now and practicing phone etiquette is so crucial, not only for your reputation but for your company's as well. A good rule of thumb I use is to speak to others the way I'd hope to be treated when I call into customer service. Although sometimes that goes the opposite direction when I'm calling a credit card company, lol.
