    At Plated, we have one simple belief: In order to live better, we have to eat better. When we launched in 2012, we made it possible for people who are passionate about food to cook delicious meals at home. We’re redefining the way people think about food.

Support

    Plated has a strong network of women across the company in a variety of roles ranging from product management and marketing to culinary and creative. It's also worthy of note that Plated's Culinary Co-founder who created and currently leads the company's culinary program is a woman, Elana Karp. Plated also has a support system to foster an ongoing dialog about issues affecting women in the workplace called BAWS (BadAss Women Society). BAWS holds events for employees including leadership workshops, panels addressing diversity, and more.
