At Feedvisor, our technology makes a real and lasting impact on our customers’ businesses. We are seeking a for a passionate and competitive Sales Development Manager to join our fast-growing sales team in NYC and lead the SDR team.
About the Role
+ You'll be involved in direct recruiting, hiring, onboard training and performance evaluations to develop and guide SDR team evolution.
+ Your time will be dedicated daily (approx 40%) to BDR coaching - calls, email and social prospecting
+ You'll be utilizing Salesforce.com to track activity and update lead and opportunity information.
+ You'll guide preparation of SDR activity reports and presents to executive management.
Forecasting daily, weekly, and monthly opportunity creation/qualification numbers.
+ You'll monitor competitor products, sales, and marketing activities.
+ You'll work with AE’s to develop and conduct proactive outbound calling strategies to penetrate target accounts.
+ You'll collaborate and work closely with VP of Global sales and marketing to optimize process and ensure smooth hand-off.
+ You'll coordinate with Marketing on new target data, and ensuring prompt follow through on all leads.
+ You'll ensure SDRs develop and maintain effective territory plans to maximize and leverage phone time, including pre-call planning, adhering to territory hours and metrics, and customizing scripts to market segments and prospect type.
+ You'll identify product/process knowledge gaps within the team, engage with appropriate departments and feedback/coach BDRs
+ You’re a dynamic, high energy sales leader professional, with strong verbal and written communication skills.
+ You’re persuasive and persistent. You know how essential our technology is to businesses, and you’re not afraid to brag about it. You can close a deal in your sleep.
+ You’re not a new to this. You’ve got 3-5 years’ experience in sales management experience.
+ You're a Sales Rockstar. You have a proven track record achieving measurable sales goals in an automated sales environment where accurate entry and management of lead data in a CRM system is required. Experience with Salesforce.com is a plus.
+ You have outstanding people skills. You are laser-focused on getting results, while remaining a proactive and positive resource to our customers.
+ You’ve got business-savvy to go around. Your expertise speaks for itself, and you’re just as great at selling SaaS products as you are at collaborating with all types of colleagues: technicians to C-level. You even love negotiating SaaS contracts.
+ You have a BA/BS degree (Economics, Finance, Business Administration) or equivalent experience. And your Excel skills are not to be messed with.
