Responsibilities

This position is responsible for the leading the mobile app strategy including sales performance, app engagement, cost reduction and operational execution.   The perfect candidate for this role is a results driven leader accountable for sales, service and conversion rate with extensive experience in driving engagement.  The position will have responsibility for delivering bottom line results and a best-in-class customer experience.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead team to deliver transformational sales and service results through the mobile app platform
  • Develop and execute an industry leading strategy for the driving mobile engagement
  • Develop strategy and infrastructure to deliver highly personalized feed
  • Be a App evangelist within the company to ensure that the importance of the digital app is adopted across all channels and functions
  • Develop talent management programs to develop the skills of the digital team to become leaders in the mobile e-commerce industry
  • Given the speed at which the mobile app world moves, must be passionate about emerging mobile trends stay on the leading edge of new technologies to create the best customer experience
  • Develop forecasts and be accountable to meet sales targets
  • Partner with key stakeholders, IT, POS, Supply Chain, Care, Retail, etc to drive channel engagement
  • Develop multi-year roadmap to implement a best-in-class digital commerce app with an understanding of directional platforms such as ATG/Endeca/Adobe/Pega

Qualifications

  • Bachelors Degree Required
  • 10+ years of experience in Digital Marketing, Strategy or eCommerce
  • 7 + years of mobile app experience
  • 7 + years of experience App growth / engagement
  • Minimum 5 years of management experience; proven experience leading team in high pressure environments
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects with strong attention to detail
  • Ability to multi-task and flex with changing business needs
  • Ability to conduct meetings, evaluate issues, provide solutions, and drive aggressive timelines
  • Proven track record managing remote employees and contractors
  • Effective oral and written communication and report presentation skills to Director and up level executives.
  • Strong interpersonal and project management skills
  • Exceptional logic, quantitative and analytical skills
  • Advanced proficiency with Access/Excel/Word/PowerPoint
