Harry’s was built out of respect for quality craftsmanship, simple design, modern convenience and most importantly for those who know they shouldn't have to overpay for a great shave.
Like most of you, we’ve long had to choose between over-priced razors that disrespect your intelligence, and cheap razors that disrespect your face. We knew there had to be a better way, so we created Harry’s as a return to the essential: a great shave at a fair price.
We spent over a year meticulously crafting our first Harry’s line. Our blades are made by German engineers with decades of experience honing high-grade steel. Our handles were designed to blend timeless simplicity and modern ergonomics. Our shaving cream comes from the same chemists who make creams for high-end brands. The result: a set of modern shaving products made with respect for the tradition of a good, clean shave.
By selling directly to customers online, we're able to shave away the excess and offer a great shave at a price accessible to every Tom, Dick and…(sorry, we couldn’t help ourselves). Our team executes across a wide swath of functional areas - engineering, marketing, operations & creative, among others. And every role at Harry's is focused on creating compelling experiences for our customers.

KEEPING YOU HEALTHY
We offer an array of medical, dental and vision plans. Harry’s provides a generous supplement for our team to use towards their benefit elections, providing you with ultimate flexibility to choose which benefits mean the most to you. This covers 100% of many individual medical plans, and 60%-75% of plans if you add dependents. We also offer life and disability plans as well as flexible spending accounts and commuter benefits!
SHAVE FOR TODAY, SAVE FOR TOMORROW
We offer a 401(k) Retirement Savings plan for employees to save towards their future. Additionally, all employees receive Restricted Stock Units (RSUs) when they start at Harry’s and are eligible additional grants over time!
Known as “My Time” at Harry’s. We know it’s important for our team to take time off and recharge. We have an unlimited vacation policy with guidance to take ~20 days a year, with a strong suggestion you take at least one full consecutive week. Work with your manager to figure out the right timing. In addition to this we offer 10 paid company holidays. There is a beach somewhere with your name on it!
NEW PARENTS LEAVE POLICY
We offer 12 paid weeks for a birthing parent and 4 paid weeks for a non-birthing parent or adoption. Take the time to bond. Your Harry’s family will be fully supportive.
THE (SHAVING) GOODS
We are not saying that you have to shave. We are just giving you an unlimited supply of Harry’s products- just be honest with your feedback!
FUEL TO KEEP YOU RAZOR SHARP
Breakfast is provided every Tuesday and lunch on Thursday’s. Plenty of other snacks and drinks are also available in the office at all times. Cold brew coffee on tap. Need we say more?
